The following is an inventory of services included that FrankCrum performs on your behalf:
Workers’ Compensation:
· Issue workers’ compensation certificates
· File statutory Workers’ Compensation Notice of Injury reports
· Direct initial medical treatment
· Prepare and submit end of the Year OSHA 300 Reports on behalf of clients
· Handle 24 hour reporting of Catastrophic and/or Death Claims to OSHA
· Distribution of Workers’ Compensation posters, both state and federal, to clients
· Prepare Client Loss Runs
· Provide Panel Physicians in those states that require same
· Conduct loss control surveys, safety manuals and fraud investigations
· Review and handle workers’ compensation claims
Payroll:
· Process payroll, including job cost and multiple departments
· Handle OCIP, CCIP and MCIP job costing
· Prepare certified payrolls
· Print and prepare paychecks and direct deposit vouchers for Leased Employees
· Off-site check printing
· Prepare over 200 payroll reports including, pay rate deductions, job costing and other payroll information
· Set up of new hire employees
· Maintain employee and client records
· Set up and maintain online payroll systems for clients
· Issue year end W-2 forms for Leased Employees
Unemployment:
· Handle State Unemployment tax filings for Leased Employees
· Manage unemployment claims
· Attend unemployment telephonic hearings with client
· Process employment verification inquiries for Leased Employees
Benefits:
· Administer group health and major medical benefits for FrankCrum sponsored plans
· Administer dental insurance benefit
· Administer supplemental benefits such as short term disability and life insurance
· Administer 401k and flexible spending programs
· Handle COBRA compliance and administration for participants in FrankCrum group health programs
· Remit group health major medical premium payments for clients participating in FrankCrum sponsored plans
Accounting:
· Handle applicable wage garnishments and payment to the appropriate agency
· File consolidated 940s and 941s for all Leased Employees
· Process employment verifications
· Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Underwriting:
· Conduct annual rate reviews for Client Companies
· Handle Client Company payroll set up for additional locations
· Secure workers’ compensation coverage for Leased Employees
· Assist with determination of workers’ compensation classification
· Add workers’ compensation codes for Leased Employees
Human Resources:
· Create/Review employee handbooks
· Performance management
· Progressive Discipline
· Harassment Prevention
· Employers Practice Liability Insurance
· I-9 Compliance
